About Us

We are Kelli and Peter Bronski, the husband-and-wife coauthor team behind Artisanal Gluten-Free Cupcakes and Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking, and the co-founders of the acclaimed blog, No Gluten, No Problem, which Easy Eats: The Magazine for Gluten-Free Living named one of the top three gluten-free blogs in a survey of more than 75 prominent gluten-free websites, and which The Kitchn included in its list of "10 Inspiring Blogs for Gluten-Free Food & Cooking," noting our "thorough and lucid writing."

Kelli is a food and hospitality industry veteran, having graduated from Cornell University's prestigious School of Hotel Administration and having spent nearly a decade with Hilton.

Pete is an award-winning writer whose work has appeared in some 75 magazines. He is the author of three books in addition to our cookbooks and a spokesperson for the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.

We have been gluten-free since January 2007, when Pete was diagnosed with celiac disease. (Our two young daughters also have suspected gluten sensitivities.) Together, we have taught gluten-free cooking at venues such as Whole Foods and the Gluten-free Culinary Summit. We have been featured in publications such as the Daily Camera and Edible Front Range magazine, appeared on Denver's NBC television affiliate, and were interviewed on National Public Radio's The Splendid Table.

Our first cookbook, Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking, received wide praise, including a starred review from Publishers Weekly (an "outstanding volume" whose "impressive breadth and straightforward instructions make it an essential, horizon-broadening tool for those off gluten") and coverage in Gluten-Free Living, Living Without magazine, about.com, Exceptional Parent, the Oregonian, and the Washington Post.

We live in New York's Hudson Valley with our daughters, Marin and Charlotte.
