Updates
Following the first printing of the cookbook - which roughly coincides with copies sold between October 2009 and January 2010 - we made several updates. We revised two recipes with new and improved versions, corrected errors in two other recipes, and added a missing recipe that was unintentionally omitted from the original printing. If your copy of Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking DOES include a recipe for Mediterranean Lasagna, then not to worry. Your copy is up to date! If your copy of the cookbook DOES NOT include that recipe, it means you have a first printing copy. The following 5 links will open updated PDFs of the recipes in question.
