About Us
Boulder, Colorado-based Artisan Gluten-Free was founded in 2009 by husband and wife duo Peter and Kelli Bronski. Together, they are the co-authors of the cookbook, Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking, and the co-founders of the blog,
No Gluten, No Problem. They've taught GF cooking classes at Whole Foods, been presenters at the GF Culinary Summit, and served as judges in GF baking competitions.
Kelli Bronski is a ten-plus-year veteran of the hospitality and restaurant industry, and a graduate of Cornell University's prestigious School of Hotel Administration. Her passion for cooking and baking dates back
to the early days of her childhood spent in the kitchen with her grandmother. At her wedding, Kelli's dad joked that she was born with a spatula in one hand and a bottle of almond extract in the other. Largely self-taught
in the kitchen - but bolstered by formal culinary training - she is passionate and enthusiastic about all things food.
Peter Bronski (www.peterbronski.com) is a critically-acclaimed author of several books, and an award-winning writer whose work has appeared in more than 60 magazines.
Diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007, he is an official spokesperson for the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (www.celiaccentral.org) as one of the organization's Athletes for Awareness. An amateur endurance athlete, Pete focuses
on ski mountaineering racing during winter, and Xterra off-road triathlons during summer. He competed in the 2009 Xterra U.S. National Championship.
