The Book - Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking
Second Edition:
Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking first released in late October 2009. After a few short months, we're delighted to announce that - as of January 22, 2010 - the second printing is out and en route to booksellers everywhere!
We've used this opportunity to tweak the cookbook, if ever so slightly. The first edition contained a tiny handful of typos here or there that snuck past our eyes. Most are inconsequential, but we did make a few changes of note. First, two recipes (Bread and Brownies) contained errors. We've fixed those. Second, two recipes (Thin Crust Pizza Dough and Deep Dish Pizza Dough) feature new and improved recipes and methods of preparation. And lastly, the first edition omitted one recipe that's included in the new printing (Mediterranean Lasagna).
How do you know if you have the first edition or a later version of the cookbook? It's simple: if your cookbook does NOT have a recipe for Mediterranean Lasagna, then you have the first edition. If your cookbook DOES have the Mediterranean Lasagna recipe, then you have a later, up-to-date edition.
